Terms & Conditions

Thanks for choosing Marybank Estate for your dahlia tubers! Here’s the important info you need to know before making your purchase:

Product Quality

  • Each tuber is guaranteed to have at least one eye, an intact neck, and body, ready to flourish under the right conditions.

  • We’ll do our best to pack each order with care, but since growth depends on many factors, we can’t guarantee every tuber will bloom successfully.

Availability & Order Limits

  • Dahlia tuber orders are subject to availability. If we’re out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll reach out to arrange a substitution or provide a refund.

  • Occasionally, we may limit how many of each variety you can order. If your order exceeds these limits, we’ll refund the extras.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship tubers across Australia, except WA, TAS, and NT due to quarantine restrictions.

  • Orders will be sent via Express Shipping. Please double-check your shipping address when ordering; we can’t take responsibility for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses.

  • For orders placed with matching details, we’ll combine shipping and refund any extra postage. If you’d prefer separate packages, just let us know!

Storage & Care

  • Dahlia tubers need cool, dry, and well-ventilated storage until planting time. We’ll include some care tips to keep your tubers at their best.

  • As much as we strive for quality, dahlia survival is ultimately up to your TLC, the climate, and care post-purchase.

Wrong Orders or Mislabels

  • If there’s a mix-up, please let us know within three days of delivery (delivery includes when your parcel arrives at your post office if not delivered directly to your door). Email us with a photo and description, and we’ll sort it out with either a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to their perishable nature, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns. If tubers arrive damaged, contact us within three days with a photo, and we’ll review for a potential replacement or refund.
