All catering is by local chef Billy Bain, last at the kitchen of the Clare Valley’s Citadel restaurant and Mr Mick’s Cellar Door. He has 25 years experience and specialises in Mediterranean and tapas style cuisine.

We have a new addition to the Marybank family … Louie! He’s a French Brittany Spaniel who loves stealing socks, roaming through the Vineyard, and generally getting up to mischief!
